CTH Centre View – What’s Been Happening in April

In this week's Featured News Article we're showing you what some of our CTH Accredited Centres have been up to. This is something that we do regularly on our Facebook through the #CTHCentreView hashtag; however, this week we've randomly selected a few of our centres to share some of the amazing things they've had going on in the month of April.

  1. WhitePepper Chef Academy & Cookery School

      2. This month the White Pepper pastry chefs have been busy in the kitchen creating all sorts of lovely looking desserts. Check out one of their creations in the picture below. You can view even more of their snacks and meals on their Facebook page.

  2. GSM London

      3. The 19th April marked a big day for some GSM students as it was their graduation day. A big congratulations for all of those that were being presented with diplomas as well as those that helped them along the way. Visit their Facebook page to see more of the festivities.

  3. ESH Lille

      4. On the 14th April, some ESH Lille first years took part in an event whereby they set up and catered for a gala evening. This gave them a practical taste of all the theory that is taught through the CTH hospitality programmes. They certainly look pleased with the results.

  4. American Hotel Academy

      5. American Hotel Academy love to see their students progress through their careers and so do we. Check out what a former American Hotel Academy student had to say about her time working at Hilton Athenee Palace. We wish her success in all her future endeavours.
