The mission of Bake Academy is to provide educational services with the highest quality level to those interested in learning in the fields of bakery, confectionery, chocolate, Italian ice cream and cooking.

Our long-term plan is to continue training and educating efficient staff by setting up specialized theoretical and practical courses (hands on) in the fields of bakery, confectionery, chocolate making, ice cream, coffee shop and restaurant with the presence of selected local and foreign instructors.’
