CHM offer a variety of CTH programmes, included Culinary, Hospitality and Tourism, and Bartending. At CHM, you will be trained basic skills to specialised knowledge and techniques. This allows students to gain a general understanding of the topic and determine what they would like to specialise in.
The faculty at CHM consists of professional lecturers with years of experience at the world’s biggest brands (e.g., Accor, Marriott, and IHG). This exposure not only provides students with an outstanding educational experience, but gives them access to industry connections.
