We are the awarding body that have just launched the new qualification for Chefs in Health & Social Care. It is the only qualification that supports the new IDDSI framework coming in April, to assist chefs with texture-modified cooking and catering for patients with Dysphagia.

This page has been launched in order to connect care organisations that have chef learners wanting to get qualified, to suitable training providers who can deliver the training to them.
