Assessment Methods

We test you unit by unit on your understanding using Multiple Choice Questionnaires. Once you have completed the blend of mandatory and optional units which are right for you, you will sit an examination – two hours at level three and three hours at level four. The examination checks your application of your knowledge through a series of questions based on a pre-seen case study. The examination is your chance to demonstrate your ability to use your learning in a practical hospitality context.

Established in Britain in 1938, the Institute of Hospitality is now an international membership organisation with numerous branches worldwide and members in over 100 countries.
