At Baked Academy, you are taught both the theoretical aspects of patisserie and baking while emphasising practical, industry-specific training in its unique commercial bakery. Classes typically consist of 6 to 9 students, thus ensuring you are nurtured through the programme and are giving essential guidance by each chef lecturer.

On-campus training kitchens are divided into two areas – a kitchen for training on domestic appliances and a commercial bakery area. The Academy understand it is essential to give students the confidence to perfect their craft before moving on to the more commercial aspects of cooking.
