Programme Overview

The Level 3 Diploma in Essentials of Hospitality and Tourism offers learners a great opportunity to set the ideal foundation for a career in either the Hospitality or Tourism industry. As students are guided through each unit of this programme, they will begin to understand the operational aspects of both sectors, as well as industry-specific skills, such as front office, food and beverage and tour guiding operations.

Graduates of this Diploma level qualification are provided with several progression routes. After successfully completing this programme, learners can apply to entry-level jobs in the industry, earn credits and apply to one of our university pathways, or continue their CTH education by studying our Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism, where exemptions for three units in this Diploma would be applied.
