"When I first arrived in the UK in 1987, I was just 29 years of age. Like most young people, I did not know what I wanted to do as a career but I knew I was really interested in tourism and hospitality. So off we went around London scouting for a college that offered a good Hospitality course."

"I settled on the CTH Diploma which gave me the foundation for higher level studies at degree level. My choice of career path in London is something I have never regretted.
