This fantastic competition gives chefs in the care sector the opportunity to showcase their talents in cookery, texture-modification and therapeutic diets.
Judges were looking for innovation, costings, suitability for the environment, nutritional value, taste and overall menu balance.
Congratulations to overall winner John Grover, from Auchtercrag House Care Home in Scotland, who cooked Lamb with black pudding & herbs, followed by Chocolate & raspberry fondant cheesecake with caramel port cream.
