CTH in new Caribbean programme launch

CTH is delighted to announce the launch of an exciting new Management & Leadership qualification in the important Caribbean hospitality sector.

Delivered by Caribbean CTH Approved Centre, Springboard Caribbean, this new programme was formally launched last month in conjunction with their strategic educational partner, the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA).

The CHTA announced the launch of the new CTH Certificate in Management & Leadership for Business & Hospitality in its July 2018 newsletter which was circulated to it's members which include the top 1,000 hotels in the Caribbean and the National Hotel & Tourism Associations across 22 Caribbean islands. Springboard are now recruiting for the first cohorts with the first planned to start in September. This professional skills training is designed to develop the skills of existing hotel staff as their careers progress into supervisory and management roles. It will help raise already high standards at hotels and resorts in the region and further cement the Caribbean’s reputation as a hospitality centre of excellence!
