CTH partners with TEVTA Punjab to bring hospitality qualifications to Pakistan

We are excited to announce our latest partnership with the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Punjab, Pakistan!
This new partnership will start with phase I, whereby the Government Technical Training Institute (GTTI) in Gulberg, Lahore, will be accredited by CTH to offer selected hospitality practice and culinary arts qualifications. This collaboration goes beyond skill development - it’s a key initiative aimed at shaping the future of Pakistan's hospitality education sector.
CTH's internationally-recognised qualifications are highly regarded across the globe, providing learners with the competitive edge needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving global industry. By aligning Pakistan’s training infrastructure with global hospitality standards, this partnership addresses the skills gap in the local market, ensuring the next generation of hospitality professionals are equipped with the expertise and credentials required to meet the demands of international employers and tourists.
This initiative is especially important as Pakistan’s tourism sector is growing, with the country emerging as a key travel destination. The introduction of CTH qualifications through TEVTA will enhance service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency in hotels, restaurants, and tourism services. This impact will be felt nationwide, further boosting Pakistan's image as a destination for international tourism.
Moreover, the partnership is set to unlock new employment opportunities for young Pakistanis in both local and international markets. By offering training that meets the needs of the global hospitality industry, Pakistan’s workforce will not only serve the domestic market but also have the credentials to pursue careers in hospitality around the world.
As Pakistan continues to focus on expanding its tourism infrastructure, this collaboration will play a pivotal role in ensuring the workforce is prepared to support the sector's sustainable development. Exciting times ahead for this groundbreaking partnership, which is set to make a lasting impact on the country’s economic growth and hospitality industry!
