Recently, we were delighted to catch up with CTH graduate Cem Aksahin, who is now Director of Food & Beverage at the famous Raffles Hotel in Istanbul.
Cem gave us some valuable insight into his role, what he thinks about working in the world of Hospitality and he also had some advice for people that may want to work in the sector and study a CTH qualification.
