IIHCA Partners with CTH to Expand Curriculum Offering in Barista, Bartending and Culinary Skills
We are proud to announce that Ishtha Institute of Hospitality & Culinary Arts (IIHCA) has officially become a CTH Teaching Centre in India.
Located in Uttarakhand, India, IIHCA is a well-established institution specialising in culinary arts and chef training. Over the past 13 years, it has empowered more than 8,000 students to pursue rewarding careers in hospitality. Known for its world-class facilities and expert teaching staff, IIHCA is committed to producing industry-ready professionals who embody culinary excellence.
As one of India’s leading hospitality training institutes, IIHCA understands the evolving demands of the industry. In response to these needs, IIHCA has partnered with the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) to enhance its curriculum with internationally recognised qualifications. This strategic collaboration combines educational resources, global industry connections and specialised expertise to help shape the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Through this partnership, IIHCA will offer the following Ofqual-accredited programmes:
- CTH Level 2 Award in Barista Skills
- CTH Level 2 Certificate in Professional Bartending Skills
- CTH Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills
- CTH Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery
These programmes will expand IIHCA’s offerings and provide students with new pathways to explore and specialise in their chosen craft - whether in cafes, bars, restaurants or beyond.
