CTH continues to grow in Switzerland!

Last month, the CTH Academic Director, Angela Hagenow returned from Switzerland, after a highly successful quality assurance visit to one of our prestigious Swiss Centres.

She was visiting the renowned Swiss Education Group (SEG) to undertake quality assurance activity in relation to their CTH programmes. However, that wasn't all she did; she was also there to participate in their bi-annual International Recruitment Forum in which leading international employers from all over the world come to interview and engage with SEG’s thousands of excellent students.

This was actually the 20th anniversary year of the event and SEG used it to launch their latest Cesar Ritz College facility, with five floors of brand new training kitchens. The new kitchens hosted an amazing gourmet event for attendees who included not just CTH but also representatives of Marriott, Hilton and Intercontinental hotel groups to name just a few (Get a glimpse of the kitchen in the image below).

It was great to see such a range of employers from around the world engaging so positively with the next generation of hospitality professionals. The interviews and panel discussions across the two day event left me feeling truly energised!
