Meet the Team: Customer Relationship Manager, Paloma Zamora

Tell us about your role at CTH and what you’ve been up to?

I am the new Sales and Customer Relationship Manager at CTH. I am here to help centres to become accredited by CTH and I am responsible for the management and delivery of sales activities and communications in a cross-cultural basis.

Also, I will assist in the marketing activities in order to grow the student numbers and increase our brand awareness.

Has it been much different from what you're used to?

I come from a sales background although I also studied Advertising and PR (and currently studying Digital Marketing), so I have been immersed in this area for quite a long time. I worked within the education sector in the past so that is a plus for me to get to evolve further in CTH.

What are you looking forward to most about working at CTH?

I am looking forward to creating relationships worldwide and to help develop connections between CTH and our international centres/students through multiple platforms.

On that note, what’s your favourite food?

I would always choose Spanish food, no matter what! We have the best Mediterranean diet (sorry for the rest of the Mediterranean countries). Among my favourites you can find paella and spanish omelette.

Seeing as we are CTH, we've got to ask, what’s the best holiday you’ve been on?

My favourite holiday was in Vietnam. It was my first time (and the only one for now) visiting an Asian country and I was astonished by its landscapes. I have always loved going on trekking journeys through mountains and Vietnam offered that from north to south. Absolutely worth it!
