Programme Overview

This Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Hospitality Practice combines the practical skills elements of restaurant and bar services, housekeeping and front office operations into one programme.

Alongside these practical aspects, are the more theory-based units of Food & Beverage Operations, Rooms Division and issues that can affect Global Tourism & Hospitality markets.

Students who successfully complete this programme are eligible to progress onto the CTH Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management to further their understanding of the industry for a managerial perspective.
