Meet the Team: Sales & Customer Relations Manager, Stefano Dominici

Get to know the CTH team through our Meet the Team articles. This week, we've featured our new Sales & Customer Relations Manager, Stefano Dominici. He'll be working on various projects, such as centre recruitment ... in fact, he'll tell you more about his role, as well as some fun facts about himself. So, keep reading and find out more below.

Tell us about your role at CTH and what you’re going to be doing

I have just started my role at CTH as a Sales and Customer Relations Manager. My focus would be to guide new centres through the process of becoming an accredited member of CTH and building a long lasting partnership. I will show the benefits that we can bring and the added value that we can both give to students who are looking to enhance their career or their education. At the same time, I will be helping existing centres to market our CTH qualifications in order to grow the number of learners and expand CTH's brand awareness.

You're going to be a really busy man. Tell us what you were doing before you worked at CTH?

I worked in the ground transportation industry for a company which is part of the Addison Lee Group. My job title was International Account Manager and I looked after a portfolio of international travel agency's clients. My role was to nurture and build relationships with existing and new worldwide agencies to make sure we were always meeting and exceeding client expectations. It was key to be always responsive to the client concerns and proactive in meeting their needs.

It seems like you're very much a people person, I can probably guess your answer to the next question. What are you looking forward to most about working at CTH?

I look forward to establishing relationships with our worldwide centres to make them feel part of our CTH family – to join in our success of giving students a possibility to enhance their career or education. The best part of working at CTH is this, the actual real capability of improving people’s life.

I thought you might say that; that's great! What’s your favourite food?

Well as you might have guessed by my name, it has to be Italian food. I come from Italy and hence I have a very strong passion for our food. However, I do indulge in pies and roast dinners at times.

You can't go wrong with an Italian pasta dish. What’s the best holiday you’ve been on?

I enjoy travelling, especially to places where you breath history. I have recently been to Krakow, Poland and I have been positively impressed by its fascinating sites and traditions.
