CTH always recommends that trainers delivering our industry-focused programmes should have good industry experience, but it often tends to be the case that those with the best industry experience lack extensive teaching experience. We are therefore delighted to recommend the following two online training programmes.
The following two online training programmes are for trainers who want to upgrade their teaching delivery skills and earn a qualification as recognition of this achievement. Both options lead to a UK regulated Level 3 Award in Education & Training.

- TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) (PTLLS) Course
The courses are designed as an introduction to teaching that provide an insight into the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, how to plan and deliver inclusive teaching sessions and how to assess and give constructive feedback. The qualifications are delivered through an online platform with full tutor support throughout the course and the course materials can be accessed from anywhere through a training portal.
